Our Management
Our management team has a combined 38 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Steve and Henry's goals are to exceed customer's expectations while making Diverse Concepts a rewarding company for our employees to work.

 

Roy E. White - President and CEO

Roy White has been with Diverse Concepts since October 2008, and has held many different positions within the company. He proudly served eight years in the U.S Air Force as a Personal System Manager in support of several military operations. Roy earned both his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus in Network Design and Associates of Business in Business Management from American InterContinental University. He has implemented, designed, and operated many very distinct computer systems and networks during his years at Diverse Concepts. His leadership abilities, work ethic, and attention to detail have provided this company with several innovative ideas to procreate new business. In early June 2011, Roy became the majority stockholder of Diverse Concepts and was elected the Chief Executive Officer by the Board of Directors. Roy believes that he can elevate Diverse Concepts to become the most sought after Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business in the state of Maryland.

 

Henry A. Wakefield, III - Executive Vice President of Operations

Henry ("Hank") Wakefield, co-founder of Diverse Concepts, Inc., has been in the field of computer support and customer service for over twenty years. He understands the importance of quality products and commitment which have shaped the mission of DCi to ensure that our customers are the very cornerstone of our approach. With over sixteen years of experience in desktop support, server support and network services, Hank understands the importance of not only addressing the customers' current needs, but helping them proactively plan for their futures as well. He believes in the importance of having employees who are treated fairly and respected by their employer allowing employees to take pride in the work they do and the people they serve. By providing solid technical leadership throughout all company operations, Hank is able to ensure that DCi customers are receiving not only the service that they have come to expect from us but the quality that each of our customers deserves.

 

Steven G. Brower, Jr., M. Sci. - Executive Vice President of Finance and Technology

Steven Brower has been with Diverse Concepts since February, 2004 and has served in various positions within the company throughout its history. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus in Network Design and his Master of Science in Forensic Studies with a focus in Information Systems from Stevenson University. Steve has served as a computer forensics instructor in the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy (DCITA), which is part of the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in all capacities from course design and development through course delivery and evaluation. In addition to computer forensics, Steve has provided systems and network design/engineering consultation for both digital and IP PBX telephony systems, Voice-over-IP (VoIP), disaster recovery systems, electronic/distance learning systems, knowledge management systems, enterprise management systems, configuration management systems, and a cadre of other specialized and converged technologies. Steve Brower has been invited to speak at several conferences as a subject matter expert to include the DoD Cyber Crime Conference and serves as Diverse Concepts, Inc.'s Subject Matter Expert for all Computer Forensics and Systems Engineering needs. Steve provides solid, technical leadership for DCi as it provides highly technical, innovative solutions to both its public and private sector companies.
