Employee Benefits
DCi recognizes that our employees are the most valuable asset we have. To assure that the needs of our employees are met, we recognize that our benefits program is a significant component of the overall compensation package that we present to our employees.

 

Health Insurance
DCi provides a Health Insurance program though Carefirst that includes Medical, Vision and Dental at no cost to the employee.  No matter if you are single or have a family of five, DCi pays 100% of the insurance premiums!  Under the Health Insurance Program, our employees are able to select from two plans, a standard HMO and an Open Access HMO that allows our employees to see a doctor without a referral.

 

Paid Time Off
Our employees accrue paid time off (PTO) each pay period with accrual rates varying on years of service as well as your status as a Full Time or Part Time employee.  PTO provides our employees with time for vacation, personal business or sick leave.  The accrual rates are negotiable at the time of hire.

 

Holidays
Most DCi employees are eligible for twelve holidays during the year.  DCi observes the standard ten Government Holidays as well as two floating holidays that are designated by management each year.  Holidays may vary based on your status as a Full Time or Part Time employee or on contractual requirements.

 

Retirement
DCi offers a company funded retirement plan to our employees.  Our 401k plan is company matched up to 4% of the employee’s eligible salary.  All employees are immediately 100% vested for all employee and company matched contributions on the date of hire.

 

Education
DCi recognizes that our employees need to be continuously trained on the newest software and technologies so that they can improve or maintain job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for reasonably attainable jobs within DCi.  Our employees are eligible for $5000 Tuition Assistance per calendar year as well as online certification training at no cost to the employees.

 

Additional Insurances
Our Employees can also elect to enroll into AFLAC’s Short Term/Long Term Disability coverage.  That premium as well as any other employee approved deduction will appear on our company’s semi-monthly direct deposited checks provided by Paychex.  DCi also grants our employees two hours to vote in support in our belief that everyone’s vote counts and up to three days of bereavement leave each year.
