Our technicians have years of experience performing scheduled data backups, data archiving, and tape handling utilizing Symantec NetBackup backup and recovery suite whether the information is backed up to tapes or hard drives. We can perform regular and routine disk management to include weekly full volume disaster recovery disk and tape backups with off-site storage in accordance with contractual requirements.
We have solid past performance administering storage systems and process (to include backups) using various versions of Redundant Array of Independent Disk (RAID_ (0, 1, 1+0, 0+1. 7+1, 5, 6+2) architectures and Storage Area Networks (SANs). DCi has numerous years of experience building, implementing, configuring, and supporting RAIDs and SANs of all sizes which allows us to always have the redundant amount of space required by our customers. We are able to determine the correct RAID configuration to implement for each of our customers due to our thorough understanding of RAID technologies. DCi can administer any size RAID implementation from a small RAID 5 configuration on a server to a large redundant SAN array.
