Columbia, MD (January 2, 2020)- Independent Software, Inc. (IndSoft), is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of Diverse Concepts, Inc. (DCi). DCi is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of IndSoft and operates as a separate division.
DCi, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVODB), was founded in 2002 with a mission to serve the nation by delivering secure, state-of-the-art information technology, cyber solutions, and engineering services. As an internal service provider (ISP) deploying, maintaining, and securing networks that provide connectivity and interoperability, the company has a strong understanding of the intelligence community’s needs. DCi currently holds both Department of Defense (DoD) and Maryland State prime programs, supports Fort Meade, DISA, and other DoD customers, and is headquartered in Millersville, Maryland.
Founded in 2005, IndSoft offers a full range of product development and software engineering solutions to defense, civilian, and commercial customers. IndSoft provides comprehensive social media and mobile software engineering solutions for the design and implementation of both classified and unclassified government projects. Together, IndSoft and DCi can offer an expanded range of scalable, cost-effective, enterprisewide services to both existing and new customers while also increasing the competitiveness of the combined company for highly sought-after work in the defense and intelligence communities.
